Refund policy

Effective July 11, 2026

Subscription plans

Subscription billing and cancellation are processed by Whop. You can manage billing through your Whop account. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, the Whop checkout terms shown at purchase, and whether included service usage has already been consumed.

Usage resets

A $9 usage reset is a one-time digital purchase. It is generally final after the additional allowance is credited. If payment succeeds but the allowance is not credited, contact us and we will either fulfill it or refund it.

Domain registration

Domain registrations are generally final once the registrar completes registration because registry fees cannot normally be reversed. If payment succeeds and Ademi cannot register the domain, the system requests a full refund automatically. Orders requiring manual review will not silently retry a new charge.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact hello@ademi.ai promptly with the payment ID. We investigate duplicate, fraudulent, or technically failed charges and issue refunds where appropriate.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit cancellation, refund, or statutory rights that apply in your country.
