Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Ademi, you agree to these terms and the privacy and refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Ademi provides AI-assisted project workspaces on the web and desktop, plus a native iOS companion app for accessing, editing, previewing, and refining projects from an iPhone or iPad. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing changes, maintaining backups, testing software, and confirming that generated work is suitable for your use.
iOS source and preview
The iOS app makes project source files visible and editable. Its preview renders a project in a network-isolated view that blocks remote requests, frames, sockets, and similar external connections. A feature that depends on a live server or third-party API may therefore not work in the preview even when its source is valid. The preview is a development aid, not production hosting or a security certification for your project.
AI providers and consent
When you request AI work, Ademi may send your prompt, bounded project source files, and recent project conversation through Ademi's servers to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. The iOS app asks for your explicit consent before the first AI request for each account. You can revoke that consent in the app, in which case Ademi will ask again before another AI request. You must have the right to submit the material you provide.
Full access mode
When full access is enabled in a supported desktop workspace, the coding engine may create, change, move, or delete project files and run commands inside the selected workspace. Do not select folders containing irreplaceable data without a backup.
iOS companion and purchases
The native iOS app is a companion for an existing Ademi account. It does not sell subscriptions, wallet funding, usage allowances, domains, or other digital upgrades through the app, and it does not contain an in-app purchase flow. Eligible access and usage associated with your existing account may be shown in the app. Purchases, billing changes, and subscription cancellation are managed outside the iOS app through the applicable payment provider.
Wallet and metered usage
Terms such as "wallet," "tokens," or "credits" describe Ademi's internal meter for AI usage routed through Ademi's proxy. They do not describe cryptocurrency, a bank or deposit account, a security, or a transferable stored-value product. Usage balances cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or used outside the Ademi service.
Accounts and plans
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. Paid access depends on a current Whop membership. Ademi may lock paid features when a membership is canceled, expired, unresolved, or past due.
Usage and one-time purchases
Plans include usage limits. A clearly labeled $9 action outside the iOS app may purchase one additional usage allowance. Domain checkout shows the exact authorized price before payment. We register a domain only after a verified successful payment.
Domains and publishing
Domain availability and pricing can change before payment completes. You must provide accurate registrant details and comply with registry and Namecheap rules. You are responsible for content, taxes, renewals, third-party hosting accounts, and ongoing domain renewal fees unless Ademi explicitly states otherwise.
Account deletion
While signed in to the iOS app, open About Ademi and choose Delete account to initiate deletion. Ademi records the request, signs the device out after the request is accepted, and reviews the request before deleting data. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Eligible active account and project data is deleted or de-identified, but we may retain payment, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, security, and other records for the period required by law or a legitimate compliance need. Requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a separately managed subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ademi to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, abuse third-party services, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or infrastructure.
Ownership
You retain rights in your project content. Subject to provider terms and applicable law, you may use generated output. You grant Ademi the limited rights needed to process your content and operate the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, Ademi is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
